Anyone in Charleston knows how important it is to stay hydrated during the summer months.

Janet’s posts always have fun pictures of her cats. And speaking of pictures, Leigh shared some of some cute kids with big smiles.

04/15 #taxday09

Today’s been a really busy day, especially for a Wednesday.

Jason started his day giving a presentation about social media to the Charleston Chamber of Commerce Area Business Council.

Andra celebrated tax day by being grateful that she’s not doing other people’s taxes anymore.

Somewhat related to taxes, there have been a few gatherings to protest the recent stimulus package. David shared some reflections on tea before he went to the Charleston Tea Party. TheDigitel has already posted photos and an account of the event.

And finally, it’s great to hear the good news for Forester today.

Have you ever made homemade peanut butter? Kristin shares her method. And for you bacon lovers, sharpstick has found what looks to be the best mayo ever. Oh, and Halls Chophouse is open.

How is the POTUS protecting American citizens these days? Steve has an update:

Since Obama took office, the approval process for certifying pilots to carry firearms has ground to a halt, the newspaper reports. Pilots are afraid to speak out about the behind-the-scenes maneuverings, for fear of retaliation, according to the newspaper. No cases have been reported in which pilots have brandished a weapon inappropriately or otherwise abused their eligibility to carry firearms.
